Very good question and we have debated this right at the start of our journey . Basically Fragrance where it may say its from a extract of a essential oil or even natural occurring is still mechanically extracted and is potentially an allergen for your skin . So we want to not take the risk of any unnecessary skin reactions and have hence chosen to not add any. This way our products suite all skins including sensitised ones.

Hi Charlie . Thanks for reaching out . That’s not an unusual thing to hear and changing your range with no added fragrance would definitely help . I wouldn’t go all in and change the wash and moisturiser to start with . Obviously I would want you to get the trio but I would leave exfoliating for a couple of weeks if you do just to help your skin get rebalanced again . What I would suggest tho is after a week add a small amount of scrub to a small amount of face wash and then mix together on your face always avoiding the sensitive eye area . If you have a look at the product info you will find useful for what’s in them . So for example Aloe is in our moisturiser which is great for soothing . And Prickly pear which helps restore as it’s got Vit E in .

No . We use Zero Sulphates in our Products . The lather or foam comes from a natural added ingredient called Soap Bark extract. This makes our Gel wash foam and get those pores clean. The aloe extract also help generate a foam.

So one of our ingredients we have in our Face Scrub is called Gotu Kola and it has a lot research that it has skin brightening and firming/anti-ageing properties. We can’t claim anything like this as we just wouldn’t unless you tell us it worked. Our suggestion is to use the scrub like a face mask twice a week , leave it on for 5 minutes and gently with a circular motion wash off avoiding the sensitive eye area. Please do some before and after photos and we can send something free to you.
