Bakuchiol an active natural ingredient derived from Psoralea corylifolia seeds which are known to have the same results as retinol Without the negative effects. Blended with olive squalane, a Non-comedogenic light oil , helping to restore the skins barrier. Helps with the skins appearance of fine lines and dark spots.
Anti-ageing benefits
Bakuchiol stimulates skin cell turnover, smooths fine lines and wrinkles, and improves skin tone and texture. It is also an antioxidant, meaning it can provide some protection from free-radical damage.
Is bakuchiol better than retinol?
Because it tends to be gentler on the skin than other anti-aging ingredients (like retinol), bakuchiol can be used every day, and in fact, when used twice a day, bakuchiol has been studied and shown to be just as effective as retinol.
Squalane is often compared to hyaluronic acid, as it is biomimetic and is also very beneficial in promoting skin hydration. Squalane has many benefits that hyaluronic acid does not, such as its antioxidant properties, its protective role or, quite simply, its sensoriality.
Does squalane help with wrinkles?
Squalane oil has several other skincare benefits. A small drop of squalene oil massaged into the skin regularly will help to increase your skin's vibrancy and reduce redness. It also has anti-aging properties and can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkleswhile repairing the barrier of your skin.
